The Deetz family returns to their ancestral home in Winter River following the tragic death of a loved one. Lydia Deetz, now an adult with a teenage daughter, Astrid, is trying to cope with the grief that has taken over their lives. The home, filled with memories both happy and strange, holds a particular weight for Lydia, who spent much of her youth battling supernatural forces, especially Beetlejuice.
